Freeze dried dragon fruit

Dragon fruit (also known as pitaya) is popular due to its fantastic natural colour, subtle sweet taste and neutral flavour. We produce slices (for snacking) but can also cut into smaller pieces or mill to powder to use in drinks or smoothies.
